190 St Georges Terrace, branded OneNinety, is home to a boutique, amenity-rich workspace aimed at businesses looking for exceptional levels of service and design in Perth’s CBD.

Formerly a tired 12-storey office building, OneNinety now features a mix of bespoke architecturally-designed private offices and collaborative shared spaces across 9,200sqm of A-grade floorspace. The project spanned an upgrade to the entire building and included the creation of a spacious lobby, alfresco landscaped courtyard, retail space, and café and wine bar.
