District is a next generation design brand renowned for representing a range of leading Australian, New Zealand and European designer furniture and lighting brands. Valtari is engaged to deliver its new showroom on Hay Street, Subiaco. 

The project is repurposing an existing warehouse which was once home to an electrical workshop and car-yard. A sophisticated adaptation of the building’s industrial roots, the works include complete strip out and refurbishment to transform the warehouse into a contemporary space in which to showcase the District brands. 

Designed by Pattern Studio and due to complete in late 2023.
