Valtari is engaged to deliver the refurbishment and fitout of the historic Fremantle Technical College on South Terrace. Built in 1913, the State-heritage listed Technical College is a two-storey Federation Free style building located in the heart of Fremantle.  

The restoration of the Technical College will create contemporary, high-finish headquarters for the Prendiville Group. The project will pay homage to the heritage and fabric of the existing building, reactivating it so that it makes a lasting contribution to Fremantle’s city centre. 

Designed by spaceagency for the Prendiville Group, the project will be completed in late 2023.
